POEM
The way things are shown to humanity
Everything shown with no clarity
Until you close the gap
Then you shall be aware of the trap
Hot ice
Not looking so nice
The way its looked at by society
Is that the cause of your anxiety?
Does their ignorance cause you pain?
You must be ignorant too or you'll go insane
Hot ice
To touch it you must pay the price
Ignore all men
You'll only be called a freak again
Can you feel the eclipse of our hearts?
As what they call the "freakshow" starts
Hot ice looking so cold
You're but ice yet greater than gold
They stare at us and wonder
Like they're from Earth and us under
All we have towards society is hate
Only freaks like myself shall relate
Hot ice, touch it and you will see
Why you shouldn't be the one staring at me.
