A story that is yours and mine
The quest to meet the divine
The secret of the myth
No one else believes in this
He believed in the quest
Obligated to leave for the best
Good and evil
But not within
He decided to feed on the sin
When evil conquers what's once been
On the journey to the Earth's edge
A quest he has always pledged
He might have to jump off the ledge
A man of might
Wrath is the drive for the fight
The screams are the lullaby of the knight
Darkness is the devils' light
He's seen the devils who guard
No battle for them seemed hard
He has met the world's end
All alone without a friend
The place where only evil is fed
Anyone else who tried is dead
He has looked the devils in the eye
As they saw him, they wished they'd died
The price he has paid
Divine game he has played
All the devils he has slayed
The boundaries are just the past
The mighty warrior has opened the raft
To step out of the universe
To rid himself of its curse
To see the afterlife
The end of his strife
